That is only true for particular "organic"pigments that seem to not work with everybody's skin. That is why it is good to do a patch test. Kolorsource pigments are the best on the market, and have never ever seen any side effects from using them. There is no alcohol and consist of mostly glycerin, which creates a smooth finish and long lasting color.
