This is one of the best beauty lists I've seen lately. I've always wondered specifically about the first tip - that people somehow don't take beauty product expiration dates as seriously as they would food expiration dates, even though they care a great deal about beauty. And what with needing to buy new products... cruel fate indeed. :)
Of course, the last one is not obligatory... but I would advise investing in beauty procedures rather than products.
And, I'd like to promote "more sleep, less stress" to the first place. More sleep and less stress means being more likely to pay attention to the rest of the tips - and it makes you feel happier and more beautiful, no matter what.
