
This week in The New England Journal of Medicine finds that hundreds of study participants were able to drop similar amounts of weight by cutting calories, regardless of whether they followed diets heavy on fats, carbohydrates or proteins. Author Dr. Frank Sacks explains the findings.

I could have told you that- I've been on Weight Watchers, which for those of you that don't know assigns a point value for all foods and gives you a target # of points to eat. If you don't go over your points, you will lose weight, bar none.
It's sad to say, I eat so much junk it's not funny, yet I've lost over 60Lbs this way- can't beat that!
